❌ No, Tamara does not accept insurance.

✅ For Florida clients only:
If your plan includes out-of-network benefits, Tamara can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company.
However, this requires a diagnosis and may affect your privacy—she will discuss the implications with you beforehand.

What are Tamara’s fees?

📌 One-on-One Therapy & Coaching:
💰 $200 per session for individuals (45 minutes)
💰 $250 per session for couples (45 minutes)
💰 Extended sessions available ($400 for 90 minutes)

📌 VIP Coaching Packages:
💰 $1,000/month → Includes (2) 45-minute Zoom calls + Voxer app support
💰 $10,000/month → Custom high-level coaching package

📌 Quick Problem-Solving Calls (Existing Clients Only):
💰 $65 for a 15-minute phone call (ONE issue, during clinical hours)

📌 Sliding Scale & Community Work:
💰 Pineapple Support: Offers free & low-cost therapy for adult industry professionals

When is payment due?

💳 ALL appointments must be paid in full upfront.

✅ Future sessions are batched & processed each Sunday morning for the upcoming week.
✅ If your payment fails, your session may be canceled.

What is the cancellation policy?

❌ NO REFUNDS for missed appointments or cancellations.
✅ Reschedules are only available if there’s an open slot the same week.

If you need to reschedule, you’ll be added to the waitlist for that week’s cancellations.
