Does Tamara take insurance?

No, she does not. If you are in the state of Florida however, and wish to try and be reimbursed under your out of network benefits, she can provide you what’s called a “super bill” for you to submit to your insurance company under your out-of-network benefits and will go over the requirements of such (e.g., diagnosis) and possible limitations to your privacy.

What are Tamara’s fees?

It depends upon what you are looking for. She will custom create a package personalized to your individual or corporate needs.

Her VIP clients enjoy additional support via Voxer outside normal clinical hours (monthly coaching package starting at $1,000 USD for (2) 45-min Zoom calls and Voxer app access.

A one-off session starts at $200 USD for individuals and $250 for couples. Extended sessions (e.g., 90 min. or 2 hrs.) are offered at a similar prorated amount (e.g,., $400 for 90 min. individual).

Existing clients are welcome to request a 15 minute prorated phone call ($65) to address ONE stuck point (subject to availability during clinical hours only).

Tamara also works with Pineapple Support, a non-profit providing free to low cost, stigma free, therapeutic services for producers and performers of all kinds in the adult industry.

When is payment due?

ALL appointments will be required to be paid in full, up front.

If you choose to book future appointments, please note we will be batching payments each Sunday morning for the upcoming week. For example, if you have an appointment scheduled for Tuesday, July 5th, your card will be charged on Sunday, July 3rd. 

If we are unable to charge your card, your session will be canceled.

Is there a cancellation policy?

There will be NO REFUNDS for missed appointments or cancellations of any kind and opportunities to reschedule will be limited to availability and offered on a first come, first served basis. If you need to reschedule, we will add you to the waitlist for cancellations for that same week only. 

How are sessions held?

Services may be provided in person, by phone, or video.
